In October 2025, after two months of online communication, our Zimbabwean client finally decided to visit the factory in person to inspect the quality of the double-layer roof panel roll forming machine and understand the relevant processes. Before the customer arrives, we prepare the corresponding roof panel forming machine for them to visit conveniently. Randro staff arrived at the airport early to wait for customers and were responsible for providing full pick-up and drop off services, which was highly recognized by customers. After arriving at the factory, one-on-one machine explanations will be arranged on site to explain every detail of the machine to the customer.
Our Zimbabwean customer takes it very seriously. Previously, he had communicated with a Ghanaian customer who purchased our machines and learned about our relevant information and machine quality. This time, the main purpose is to verify whether the roof panel roll forming machine has always been as promised to us. Regarding the machine, we explained it to the customer for an hour in the workshop, from pattern design to appearance design, as well as product materials, all of which were recognized by the customer.
Afterwards, we will also provide relevant explanations for other cold bending forming machines in the factory, in addition to roof panel forming machines designed in different shapes such as trapezoidal, corrugated, glazed tile, and designs with layers ranging from single to three.
