Randro has officially shipped its fully automatic, quick-change Russian-style perforated cable tray production lines today. The equipment for these two lines requires a total of three 40HQ containers. Randro’s cable tray systems support the production of multiple models on a single machine and feature one-touch model switching; this not only saves floor space for the customer but also enables rapid changeovers in under one minute, meeting the demand for diverse cable tray models in the Kazakhstan market and significantly boosting production capacity.

The client required a production line capable of manufacturing Russian-style cable trays with base widths ranging from 50mm to 600mm and heights from 50mm to 225mm—a wide dimensional range. Following an analysis by Randro’s technical engineers, a fully automatic cable tray production line capable of rapid size changeovers was designed to meet these specifications. A distinctive feature of this Russian-style tray is the connection point, which requires a specific profile to facilitate secure joining between sections. As shown in the images of the rollers and shafts, the size-adjustment mechanism of this production line is both ingenious and practical.
45-degree rollers and vertical rollers are utilized to ensure precise angle forming. The rollers are manufactured from Cr12MoV steel and heat-treated to a hardness of HRC 59–62.
During the equipment’s final test run, the client visited our workshop and used professional testing instruments to measure the HRC value of the rollers; the results fully met the specifications stipulated in our contract.
